Course presentation – Full Arch Orosanté

TheFull Arch Orosanté Courseis a comprehensive training dedicated to thetotal implant rehabilitation of the edentulous.

Structured around the concepts ofAll-on-X, FP1, FP2, and FP3, this program guides practitioners from thedigital planningto thelive surgery, including thecomplete prosthetic workflow.

Each module immerses the participant in theclinical reality of Full Arch, combining technical rigor, human immersion, and an interdisciplinary approach.

A progressive and integrated method betweenprosthetics, surgery, and clinical organization, designed to make Full Arch astrategic, reproducible, and profitable skillin the practice.

Course philosophy

This training has been designed to enable each practitioner to:

  • mastering themodern protocols of complete rehabilitation ;

  • understanding the biological, prosthetic, and digital logic of All-on-X;

  • integrating digital planning as a tool for safety and clinical predictability.

Detailed Program

Module 1 – FP3, RP4, RP5

All-on-X rehabilitation with bone resection and prosthetics with false gum

  • Comprehensive diagnosis: CBCT, photography, impression, digital wax-up.

  • Full Arch digital workflow: from planning to prosthetics.

  • Planning and surgical techniques.

  • Presentation of clinical situations.

  • Live All-on-4 surgery and interactive discussion.

  • Prosthetic management and placement of immediate bridge on patient.

  • Post-operative outcomes and complications.

Practical work:

Project preparation, surgical planning, bone resection, mandibular AO4, implant placement and fixtures, prosthetic management on educational models.

Module 2 – FP1, FP2

All-on-X rehabilitation with tissue reconstruction (bone and gum) and bridges without false gum.

  • Comprehensive diagnosis: CBCT, photography, impression, digital wax-up.

  • Full Arch digital workflow: from planning to prosthetics.

  • Planning and surgical techniques.

  • Presentation of clinical situations.

  • Live All-on-X surgery and step guides.

  • Bone preservation and soft tissue management.

  • Prosthetic management and placement of immediate bridge on patient.

  • Per-operative management and team communication.

  • Post-operative outcomes and complications.

Practical work:

Project preparation, surgical planning, bone resection, All-on-X FP1 / FP2, implant placement with step guides, fixtures, and prosthetic management on educational models.

  • Training at the heart of theOrosanté Centerin Grésy-sur-Aix.

  • Surgical immersion 'over the shoulder'(direct observation in the operating room).
